New Partnerships in Defence
LEWL said it wants to make sure the new defence company gets the best technology possible. To do this, it has tied up with different international firms that are already experts in their fields. One big partnership covers drone technology from Poland. LEWL signed a deal with FlyFocus Sp. z o.o. to bring new First Person View drones to India. The company said these drones will work with its own “Defender” drone program and will help bring fast and smart tactical UAVs to the Indian market, reported ET Manufacturing.
The company also moved into sea systems. It signed agreements with Kliver Polska Sp. z o.o. from Poland to work on important marine equipment. This includes design work and testing for underwater platforms, towed reels and special stands used for trials.
On the land and civil side, LEWL made a deal with Virtualabs S.r.l. from Italy to develop modern radar technology. The company shared that this radar system can be used in both defence and civil fields, which gives it a wider use.

Focus on India’s Defence Goals
LEWL said all these collaborations bring important technical knowledge that will help Lloyds Advance Defence Systems grow fast. The company said these deals will support India’s dream of strong local defence production. It explained that it wants to blend global technology with its own skills and execution strength so India can depend more on its own manufacturing.
The company shared that the defence business has a lot of long-term promise and that creating a separate company will help it focus better on what the defence sector truly needs.
In its release, LEWL said these moves will help it create long-term value for the country and for the company. It said the new defence unit gives it a clear and focused path to build modern systems for India.
