HAL and BEML: HAL and BEML Ltd have come together to work on a new partnership. On Tuesday, the two companies signed an agreement, called an MoU, to collaborate on training programs. These programs will focus on leadership and technical skills to help professionals grow and excel in their careers.
The HAL Management Academy will take the lead in designing and running these training programs. They will offer courses for new employees, middle-level managers, and senior leaders. According to ET, the training will cover important topics like six sigma, quality control, reliability, data analysis, and Industry 4.0. These are key areas in modern manufacturing and defence technology.
