Euronaval 2024: GÖKSUR IIR Missile Overview

The GÖKSUR IIR missile is part of the new GÖKSUR configuration with 20 missiles. This configuration is called the GÖKSUR 100-N. This IIR-guided missile was first made for air-to-air combat, but it has since been changed to protect ships. The GÖKSUR 100-N can destroy targets from all angles, be sent out quickly even when the weather is bad, and stay alive in a multi-threat environment thanks to its fast turret stabilization.

Additionally, it is very good at fighting modern anti-ship threats and can engage in multiple battles at the same time thanks to its advanced fire control system that includes AI features and mid-course guidance capabilities. The increased missile capacity of the GÖKSUR 100-N makes the ship more aware of its surroundings and gives it more operational flexibility.

The Göksur point defense missile defense system comes in a variety of configurations that offer users modular air and missile defense options. These include the Göksur 100-N VLS, which has a flexible and modular vertical launch system, and the Göksur 100-N/StA, which has a turret that can function independently.
