NADP PGDM Course: The National Academy of Defence Production (NADP) in Nagpur has achieved a big step. The special PGDM course focused on defence and business management has now achieved 100%  placements and internships. This course is the first in India, especially made to train students in defence related business skills. NADP runs under the Ministry of Defence and works to build future leaders who can manage the growing needs of India’s defence and industries.

In a press meet held recently, NADP’s Chief General Manager J P Dash shared the big news. He said the 2023–25 batch of students got placed with top companies, while the 2024–26 batch got internships and even pre-placement offers, reported Freepress Journal. Dash said this success proves how strong and focused the training at NADP is and how it helps students grow into useful leaders for the defence sector.

He explained that students got offers from top private companies like L&T Defence, Tata Advanced Systems, Jindal Defence, and Bharat Forge. Many also got chances to work with public sector ordnance factories, which are an important part of India’s defence manufacturing setup.

The PGDM course at NADP is designed to mix technical knowledge with business management. That way, students learn how to handle both engineering work and business planning at the same time.
