During this mission, Indian forces attacked terror camps and important spots in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). When Pakistan tried to hit back, India reacted with double power. The Indian Air Force proved it controls the sky and can strike when needed. Now the same fighter jets that hit terror bases will fly again, but this time in front of the nation. A special air display called the ‘Sindoor Formation’ will stand for the victory and strong will of the mission.
Big Flypast over Kartavya Path
Many advanced aircraft will take part in the flypast. Rafale jets will lead with strength and speed. Sukhoi, Jaguar, and MiG-29 fighter jets will follow in perfect shape. More than half a dozen combat aircraft will fly together and create a thrilling view in the sky. Other formations will also join them. Helicopters and transport planes will move across Kartavya Path and complete the grand air show.

Bhairav Battalion
This Republic Day will also mark a big moment for the Indian Army. For the first time, the new Bhairav Battalion will march down Kartavya Path and salute the Supreme Commander. After the success of ‘Operation Sindoor’, Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi spoke about forming these special units from Kargil. Officials say the Army has already set up five Bhairav battalions. The plan is to raise 25 such battalions within six months.
Each Bhairav Battalion has about 250 highly trained soldiers. These soldiers train to move fast, strike without warning, and finish tough missions quickly. Before marching on Republic Day, the Bhairav Battalion will also take part in the Army Day parade in Jaipur.
