DRDO Mega Motihari Exhibition in Bihar: DRDO is going to hold a big defence exhibition in Motihari, Bihar from April 15 to April 18, 2026. The event will take place at Mahatma Gandhi Prekshagrih. It will show many of India’s new defence technologies and systems. The main idea of the event is to show how the country is moving ahead with ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ and making more defence equipment at home.
The exhibition will be opened by Member of Parliament and Parliamentary Standing Committee on Defence Chairman Shri Radha Mohan Singh. The event theme is ‘Shanti, Satya Aur Vigyan Ka Sangam – Surakshit Aur Aatmanirbhar Bharat Ki Aur’.

It is also meant for common people and students who want to know what DRDO is building for the country. Reports say the exhibition is specially meant to inspire young people and help them understand the technologies that support India’s defence strength.
Missiles, Radars, Tanks and More Systems
A very large number of defence items will be on display at the exhibition. Visitors will get to see models and products linked to major systems such as the Airborne Early Warning And Control system, Akash Surface-to-Air Missile, Akash-NG missile launcher, BrahMos Missile, Prithvi Missile, Anti-Satellite missile, NAG Anti-Tank Guided Missile, Pralay Missile, MPATGM, ATAGS, and the Pinaka Multiple Launch Rocket System. The event will also show MBT Arjun Mk-I and Mk-II, the Indian Light Tank, a Modular Bridging System, Drone Detection Radar, and Uttam AESA Radar.
Along with these, people will also be able to see the Holographic Sight, ACADA systems, CAM, CBRN systems, the CBRN Water Purification System, Back Pack-5kg, NBC Suit Mk-V, Mounted Gun System, Composite Armor for WhAP, the rapid prototype model of the Kaveri Engine, a spatial reality display of the Kaveri Engine, Blast Protection Suit, Ballistic Helmet, and naval steel and other materials technologies. This means the exhibition is not just about missiles and tanks. It also covers safety gear, engines, sensors, bridge systems, and special protection equipment used in many defence roles.
