The iDEX platform makes it possible for military personnel to collaborate with innovators through a co-development approach. They function as domain experts, nodals, and end users. End-user knowledge and perceptions are used to facilitate innovation and improve current systems seamlessly.

The Defence India Start-up Challenge (DISC) and 11 Open Challenges (OC) of iDEX have received over 9,000 applications. Triservices, Defence Space Agency, Defence Public Sector Undertakings, Indian Coast Guard, Border Roads Organisation, and others have provided challenges.

Prior to International Women’s Day on March 8, 2024, there will be an All-Women Panel Discussion at the event with the theme “Women as Drivers of Change.”

The iDEX winners’ exhibition of cutting-edge technology will be the main attraction for visitors. It will provide a special chance to interact with and learn about iDEX startups’ cutting-edge innovations.
