BEL DEFEA 2025: A high-profile 3 days international defence and security exhibition recently started in Athena by DEFEA 2025, organized by the Hellenic Ministry of National Defence, with help from SEKPY and ROTA Exhibitions, the event will take place from 6th May to 8th May.
The event featured 436 exhibitors from 37 different countries. There were also 18 national pavilions and official delegations from 45 nations. The exhibition displayed the latest defence technology and innovations, attracting global attention.

At the event, the India Pavilion stood out with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) leading the way. Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd. (MDL), Goa Shipyard Ltd. (GSL), and the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor (UPDIC) also made important contributions. BEL played a key role by showcasing many advanced defence technologies across different areas.
BEL displayed some of its most impressive innovations. These included AESA Seekers, Universal Fuzes, Electronic Artillery Fuzes, Long Range Glide Bombs, Precision Guided Bombs, Loitering Systems, and Long Range Land Attack Cruise Missiles, reports Indian Masterminds.

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) is an important company in India’s aerospace and defence electronics industry. It is a public sector company that designs and makes electronic products for both ground and aerospace use. Based in Bangalore, BEL is one of the 16 public sector companies controlled by the Ministry of Defence of India.
