He urged friendly nations to elevate their collaboration against evolving global challenges, noting India’s unique position to foster peace, particularly between Russia and Ukraine.
Singh also highlighted India’s growing self-reliance, particularly in light combat aircraft, sensors, radars, and electronic warfare technologies.
