India will present its defence power at the Dubai Air Show 2025. The Indian Air Force will take part with the Suryakiran aerobatic team and Tejas fighters.

India at Dubai Air Show 2025: India is getting ready to show its defence power at the Dubai Air Show 2025. The event will run from November 17 to 21 at the Al Maktoum Airbase in the United Arab Emirates. Minister of State for Defence Sanjay Seth will lead the Indian team. He will travel with top officers from the Department of Defence, Department of Defence Production, the Ministry of External Affairs and the members of the Armed Forces.

The Press Information Bureau said that Sanjay Seth will hold a special meeting with his UAE counterpart during the air show. He will also guide an industry round table that will bring about 50 companies from India, UAE, Australia, USA, Brazil, UK, and Italy. The goal of this meeting is to help these countries work together in defence technology and production in the future.

Seth will open the India Pavilion at the venue. This pavilion will have stalls from important Indian groups like HAL, DRDO, Corel Technologies, Dantal Hydraulics, Image Synergy Ekxplor, and SFO Technologies. Along with the pavilion, 19 Indian defence companies will show their products on their own. These include Bharat Forge, BrahMos, Tech Mahindra, and HBL Engineering. There will also be 15 Indian startups at the show, ready to display new ideas and fresh defence solutions.

Indian Air Force Takes Part in the Show

The Indian Air Force will join the event with its Suryakiran Aerobatic Team and LCA Tejas fighter jets. The aircraft have already reached the Al Maktoum Airbase. The IAF talked about the event in a post on X and said, “An IAF contingent comprising of Suryakiran Aerobatic Team and Tejas fighters landed at Al Maktoum Airbase Dubai for the Dubai Air Show.

The global event with participation from over 100 Air Forces fromt he world, it aims to enhance interoperability, operational edge, and foster military as well as business cooperation.” The force added that the show will include more than 100 Air Forces who want to build better teamwork and share new skills.

Dubai Air Show History

The Dubai Air Show began in 1986 under the name Arab Air. Back then it had only 200 exhibitors and 25 aircraft. Today it has grown into one of the biggest aerospace events in the world. The 2025 show expects more than 1,500 exhibitors, around 148,000 industry visitors, over 200 aircraft on display and many conference talks from more than 350 global experts.
