Ukraine Behemoth Drone with Warhead: Ukraine’s defense forces have brought in a new strike drone called the “Behemoth.” It can carry 75 kg of explosives and fly about 300 km. According to UATV, the drone is already being made in serial production, so it is not just a test model. It is now being used as part of Ukraine’s fight on the front line.
A project representative explained how the warhead is built and said, “the total warhead is 75 kilograms of explosives. One fragment is high-explosive fragmentation, and the second, located further back where the fuel tanks would be, is thermobaric.” This means the drone is made to hit hard and do serious damage when it reaches its target.

Droid Robot and Fight Against Shahed Drones
Ukraine is also using a ground robot called “Droid.” This is a wheeled robot system that is already working in real combat. UATV says it is the first known case of this kind of robot destroying enemy equipment in battle.
One soldier spoke about how it has been used and said, “six months ago we deployed it on the front line. Now it is highly effective against ‘Shahed’ drones.” That makes the system important in a war where drone attacks are a big problem.
The use of Droid shows that Ukraine is not only using flying drones. It is also sending robot machines on the ground to help soldiers and fight enemy equipment in a more smart way.
P1-Sun Drone and Big Spending on Drone Tech
Another drone getting attention is the “P1-Sun.” This drone has a 3D-printed body. It can fly at speeds of up to 310 km/h and costs around $1,000, which makes it much cheaper than many other military systems. It has already been used in 3,500 successful strikes against ‘Shahed’ drones, according to the report.
Experts gave a very positive view of it and said, “it has performed very well; the military leaves very positive feedback and is extremely satisfied with it.”

Since the start of 2026, Ukrainian forces have received almost 500,000 unmanned aerial vehicles and robotic systems. More than 31 billion hryvnias have been set aside for the drone program.
